Building the Future with Shuttlers' NextGen Program

We are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of our first cohort of the Next Gen Program.

The Shuttlers Next Gen Program is a three-week intensive program designed for both graduate and undergraduate students. It serves as a prelude to a promising career at our company, offering participants a deep dive into the fundamentals of what makes Shuttlers Nigeria's leading technology startup in the mass transit solutions sector.

Out of the 245 applicants who underwent a rigorous selection process, our inaugural cohort consisted of 17 exceptionally bright and talented individuals who embarked on a transformative journey with us.. During these three weeks, they were immersed in our company culture, values, and the core principles that drive our success. From the intricacies of our cutting-edge technology to the heart of our business operations, participants gained valuable insights into the world of mass transit solutions. As Ijeoma Anunibe, our Head of People and Culture, eloquently puts it, "Cultivating the next generation of talent is not just a strategic imperative; it's at the heart of our company's culture. Our Next Gen Program is a testament to our commitment to nurturing young minds and providing them with the tools they need to thrive. Upon completion of the program, our Next Gen trainees will transition into intern roles within our organization. This phase is where they get to apply their newfound knowledge and work closely with different teams. They'll gain hands-on experience, learning the ropes of our business, and contributing to our mission of providing mass transit solutions that make a difference.

Our ultimate goal is to identify the exceptional talents among our Next Gen trainees and offer them permanent placements within the organization.
